It’s almost time to fiesta… Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner!
Forget the same old chips and guac – kick up your menu with a batch of Loaded Chicharrónes Nachos. This is a tasty dish that’ll have your guests begging for the recipe. Plus, you can snag all the star ingredients AND savings this week at Publix.
Ditch the tortilla chips, these nachos start with a layer of 4505 Chicharrónes. Now, these aren’t your average pork rinds—they’re thick, crispy, and pack a serious flavor punch. Forget flimsy chips that break under the weight of toppings, these chicharrónes hold their own.
Next it’s time to layer on plenty of that seriously good, seriously sharp Cabot Cheese. Think melty, gooey goodness that perfectly complements the savory chicharrónes. Publix has all the delicious Cabot varieties on sale, so you can pick your favorite or mix and match for a flavor explosion.
You can’t skip the salsa… no fiesta is complete without it, and La Mexicana Salsa is where it’s at. It’s got that fresh, vibrant kick that is a must-have in any nacho recipe. Publix has a wide selection of La Mexicana salsas, so you can tailor the heat level to your crowd.
To add that salty, briny bite, you have to add some Lindsay olives. They add great taste and texture and is the final chef’s kiss to this dish.
Putting it all together is a breeze. Just layer the chicharrónes on a sheet pan and shower them with Cabot Cheese. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until the cheese is all melty and bubbly. Then, drizzle on La Mexicana Salsa and scatter Lindsay olives for the finishing touch. You can even add some jalapeños for extra heat or a dollop of sour cream for coolness. How about some grilled chicken or black beans? Go for it! Love cilantro? Bring it on! The point is, this recipe is super adaptable, so you can customize it to your heart’s content. It’s all about making it your own and creating a dish that everyone will love.
All that’s left is to invite a bunch of friends, throw up some festive decorations, and put a big platter of these nachos right in the middle of the table. This is the kind of food that brings people together. And the best part? It’s super easy to make. You don’t need to be a professional chef to whip up something this delicious.
Remember, Publix is making it easy to throw this fiesta! Look for great deals as part of the Extra Savings Flyer valid 5/3 – 5/16. You can grab everything you need in one trip, and save some money while you’re at it.
