While you may be planning your holiday menu… what about your post-holiday meals?

There’s no reason to let those tasty leftovers linger in the back of your refrigerator, destined for a sad, forgotten fate. Instead, whip up a batch of my Leftover Turkey & Rice Soup, a recipe so good, it might just become your post-feast tradition!

This soup is super simple, yet incredibly delicious. Tender chunks of turkey, fluffy rice, and a vibrant medley of vegetables come together for a hearty dish that your whole family will love. And the secret to its great flavor is a packet of Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix!

Yep, that same mix you use to create tasty dips, burgers and meatloafs also adds amazing flavor to all kinds of soups and stews. I typically use the onion soup mix, but you can get adventurous and try any of the varieties you love most.

Just grab a few ingredients and you are on your way to a hearty meal in no time flat.
