What’s on the menu tonight? How about whipping up a batch of Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken with Pineapple? These would be perfect for your Memorial Day cookout or just for a regular Thursday night dinner.
These are always a big hit at my house. I like to make them when we have friends over too. They always get rave reviews!
Every time I make them I try to make enough for me to have leftovers for the next day and it never fails that someone finishes them off. Can you imagine how many skewers I will have to make once my boys are teenagers. I used to be able to make three skewers and now I am up to FIVE. The scary thing is I think if I made six, they’d eat that one too. I guess to get any leftovers I have to cook it and immediately stick it in the fridge– tee hee.
