Raspberry Sriracha Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin
- 2 1-pound pork tenderloins
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Raspberry Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4 cup Polaner Verry Berry Raspberry Fruit Spread
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Instructions
Raspberry Sriracha Sauce
- Prepare the sauce by adding all ingredients to a small bowl and whisking to combine. Set aside.
Pork Tenderloin
- Preheat oven to 375º F.
- Season the pork with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in an oven-safe skillet. Add the pork and cook over medium-high heat to sear on all sides, about 5 minutes total.
- Brush all sides of the pork with 1/3 of the prepared sauce and place in the preheated oven. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pork and brush with another 1/3 of the sauce and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer reaches 140°F.
- Remove from oven and allow the pork to rest for 8 - 10 minutes. Slice and serve with the remaining sauce (heated if desired).
