Sticky Asian Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
MARINADE
- 2 tbsp Polaner Verry Berry Concord Grape Fruit Spread
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp warm water
- 1 - 2 tbsp sriracha, more or less to taste
SALMON
- 20 oz salmon, cut into 4 fillets
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl and mix until combined.
- Place the salmon in a resealable bowl or zip-top bag and add the marinate, stirring to coat the fish. Refrigerate for at least thirty minutes to overnight.
- Turn the oven to high broil. Position the oven rack so it's about 10 - 12" from the broiler.
- Place the salmon on a cooking sheet and broil for 10 - 12 minutes, until cooked through and the top has caramelized. Discard glaze or if desired, boil the glaze in a saucepan for 1 - 2 minutes and serve over cooked fish.
