Bacon Jalapeño Popper Pizza
- 1 flatbread
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Colby Jack or Monterrey Jack Cheese - shredded
- 2 slices Hatfield Bacon - cook crisp and crumbled
- jalapeño pepper - sliced thin (seeds removed if you want to decrease the heat)
- small bell pepper - sliced thin
- red onion - sliced thin
- Preheat oven to 425º F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the cream cheese over the flatbread. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and then top with the crumbled bacon, sliced jalapeño, sliced bell pepper and sliced onion.
- Place the pizza on the prepared pan and bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice, serve and enjoy!
