Bacon Jalapeño Popper Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatbread
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Colby Jack or Monterrey Jack Cheese - shredded
  • 2 slices Hatfield Bacon - cook crisp and crumbled
  • jalapeño pepper - sliced thin (seeds removed if you want to decrease the heat)
  • small bell pepper - sliced thin
  • red onion - sliced thin

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425º F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the cream cheese over the flatbread. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and then top with the crumbled bacon, sliced jalapeño, sliced bell pepper and sliced onion.
  3. Place the pizza on the prepared pan and bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice, serve and enjoy!
