Cheesy Taco Pasta Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 10 oz can tomatoes with diced green chilies
- 1 oz packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 12 oz Arbo's Cheese Dip
- 8 oz pasta, cooked al dente
- 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
- toppings including: halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced red onion, sliced jalapeños
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium and cook the onion until soft, appropriately 3 minutes.
- Add the canned tomatoes with green chilies and taco seasoning and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the pasta and chicken. Add the Arbo's Cheese Dip. Cook until heated through.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover until the cheese melts.
- Serve with your favorite toppings including halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced red onion and sliced jalapeños.
