Cheesy Taco Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 10 oz can tomatoes with diced green chilies
  • 1 oz packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 12 oz Arbo's Cheese Dip
  • 8 oz pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
  • toppings including: halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced red onion, sliced jalapeƱos

Method
 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium and cook the onion until soft, appropriately 3 minutes.
  2. Add the canned tomatoes with green chilies and taco seasoning and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the pasta and chicken. Add the Arbo's Cheese Dip. Cook until heated through.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and cover until the cheese melts.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings including halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced red onion and sliced jalapeƱos.
