Ingredients
- Edy’s® Slow Churned® Classic Vanilla Light Ice Cream (or your favorite flavor)
- Cupcake mix
Instructions
- Bake a tray of chocolate cupcakes and let cool completely.
- After the cupcakes have cooled, cut out the center and save the very top piece.
- Fill the hole with a spoonful of ice cream, and replace the top of the cupcake.
- Finish off with a bit of frosting, and bite into deliciousness!
