Edy’s® Ice Cream Filled Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • Edy’s® Slow Churned® Classic Vanilla Light Ice Cream (or your favorite flavor)
  • Cupcake mix

Method
 

  1. Bake a tray of chocolate cupcakes and let cool completely.
  2. After the cupcakes have cooled, cut out the center and save the very top piece.
  3. Fill the hole with a spoonful of ice cream, and replace the top of the cupcake.
  4. Finish off with a bit of frosting, and bite into deliciousness!
