Is there any food that says summertime more than a tasty grilled burger? Bursting with flavor, a good burger is the perfect meal for a big backyard gathering or a casual family meal. Just toss the patties on the grill and you have the perfect meal in minutes.

And while the burger patty serves as the foundation of this tasty handheld, it’s really the toppings that truly elevate a burger and make it shine! Whether you go basic or go big, by varying the toppings you can completely change the flavor of a standard burger. Take that Kimchi Burger you see above. It all starts with a basic beef burger patty but you get a flavor explosion by piling on some of that salty, sour and slightly spicy kimchi. Paired with a homemade spicy mayonnaise made with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, you have a burger that is far from ordinary.

The best part is that you can kick up your basic burger with very little effort. There’s no need to deal with the huge process of making homemade kimchi, store bought is fantastic with this dish. And when it come to the spicy mayo, all you need is some Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, a little Gojuchang sauce and a lime. Add some cilantro and you have amazing flavor in a matter of minutes.

With the BOGO sale on Hellmann’s this week at Publix, you can get plenty for this recipe AND to use for tasty burgers all summer long! Look for the jars on sale as part of the Publix ad valid 6/29 – 7/5 (6/28 – 7/4 for some). And be sure to clip the big digital coupon for even more savings!
