Spicy Kimchi Burgers

Ingredients
  

Gochujang Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
Burgers
  • 4 burger patties - grilled to desired temperature
  • 4 hamburger buns - toasted
  • 1 cup prepared kimchi
  • fresh cilantro

Method
 

  1. Add all Gochujang Mayonnaise ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. To assemble the burgers, add desired amount of the prepared Gochujang Mayonnaise to the bottom bun. Top with a grilled burger patty, kimchi and some fresh cilantro. Drizzle with additional Gochujang Mayo, if desired. Add the top bun, serve and enjoy!
