Method
- Add all Gochujang Mayonnaise ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To assemble the burgers, add desired amount of the prepared Gochujang Mayonnaise to the bottom bun. Top with a grilled burger patty, kimchi and some fresh cilantro. Drizzle with additional Gochujang Mayo, if desired. Add the top bun, serve and enjoy!
