I love a good antipasto tray. They are easy to throw together and can serve a crowd. But sometimes I want a little structure with my snack tray. That’s where skewers come in handy.

My recipe features Lindsay Organic Olives, Fiorucci All Natural Salami, and Cabot Cheddar Cheese. It’s all the savory flavors you get in a muffuletta… just minus the bread.

To make the skewers, simply cut some mortadella and Cabot Cheese into bite-sized pieces. Then, thread them onto skewers along with some folded Fiorucci Salami and Lindsay Organic Olives. For an extra pop of flavor, add some sliced pepperoncini to the skewers as well.

Once you’ve assembled the skewers, place them on a serving tray and then watch them disappear!

Easy Muffuletta Skewers

Servings 24

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz block of Cabot Cheddar Cheese (try the Extra Sharp or for a kick, use Cabot Habanero Cheddar Cheese) - cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 oz package of Fiorucci Salami - Uncured Hard or Uncured Milano Salami
  • 24 Lindsay Organic Pitted Green Olives
  • 24 Lindsay Organic Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives
  • 12 Pepperoncini - halved
  • 6 oz mortadella - cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
 

  • Skewer half of a pepperoncini followed by a folded (or rolled) slice of Fiorucci Salami. Add a chunk of Cabot Cheddar Cheese, then a Kalamata olive, a chunk of mortadella and finish with a green olive. Repeat to create 24 skewers.
  • Serve and enjoy!
