Homemade bread + red pesto + Galbani mozzarella – bake in the oven until cheese melts and bread gets crispy. Soooo good!! You can serve with slices of avocado.
Galbani mozzarella is great for lasagna, for pizza, for baked ziti, really for anything you want mozzarella for! The fresh mozzarella is great for a caprese salad, or even to put on a charcuterie board!

I use mozzarella in several recipes including lasagna the most often.

Eggplant parmigiano, all day long.
I just bought 4 of them, and one is gone already. I make crustless pizza with slices of tomato. I place a slice of Galbani Mozzarella on each slice of tomato, add a little fresh basil, some grated parmigiana, and a drizzle of olive oil. Place in the broiler for about 4 minutes! So yummy!

I only went to a Brazilian Steak buffet called “Texas De Brazil”. I didn’t eat much meat as I didn’t care for it but there salad bar was out of the world. They had ball of mozzarella cheese and ever since then I serve only the brand Galbani on my salads. It is so good and tasty that it is addictive.
Becasuse of the comments above, instead of making a lasagna for Christmas I am making baked bowtie pasta with this chesses on top. I know it’s going to be awesome, but also less work than a lasagna. Thank you for the idea.

I use Galbani Mozzerella in my stuffed mushrooms. I saute onions minced mushrooms. , garlic , fresh basil, italian spices, salt n pepper, 1/2 pkg frozen spinach (thawed then squeazed out)in alittle oilive oil until tender.. add a lttle italian bread crumbs , remove from heat add some mozzerella. Stuff large mushrooms caps. put more mozzerella on top and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350. lighly covered. yum.

I had WLS a few months ago, so I’ve been experimenting with low carb, high protein meals!
Portobello Mushroom Pizzas
▢4 portobello mushrooms gills and stems removed
▢2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for coating baking sheet
▢1 teaspoon italian seasoning
▢¼ cup pizza sauce
▢½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
▢4-6 cherry tomatoes sliced
▢2 garlic cloves pressed
Preheat oven to 450°F, and coat a baking sheet with olive oil.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the olive oil, Italian seasoning and garlic.
Spread the mixture on the portobello mushrooms. Add the pizza sauce on top, followed by the mozzarella cheese and then the sliced cherry tomatoes.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven until the mushrooms soften slightly and the cheese melts. Enjoy immediately.
We make sandwiches with it all the time. Any grilled steak or chicken steakumm make great sandwich with it. We also make pizza and all my Italian receipts with it. It’s so delicious

I make individual Caprese appetizers on toothpicks with Galbani mozzarella, sugar bomb tomatoes and fresh basil with a balsamic vinegar drizzle.

I love this fresh mozzarella!! I make a snack with it…diced fresh mozzarella, diced Roma tomatoes, minced garlic and some sliced fresh basil. Toss the mixture in a little olive oil and some balsamic vinegar. Delicious by itself or on some sliced toasted bread!
My favorite way to use this mozzarella is in a Caprese Salad or Panini. I make the panini as though I were making the salad, but I place it in between two slices of crusty bread. So, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, tomato slices, and mozzarella.
