- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 3 slices Hatfield Bacon, cooked crisp and finely chopped
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
- Mash egg yolks in small bowl. Stir in the Mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, ground mustard, salt, pepper, dill and chopped bacon.
- Spoon or pipe yolk filling into egg whites. Chill, if desired. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped dill and chopped bacon.
