While the turkey might be the hero of the holiday table, the sides served with that big bird can often make or break the meal.
I have a long list of side dishes that I will consider when creating my holiday menu. But there is one side that will always make the cut… deviled eggs. They are one of the must-have sides for every single holiday meal that’s served at my house. Quick and easy to make, they are always a favorite at any gathering.
I have several different versions that I like to serve. The basic deviled eggs recipe is always an option. But, why go simple when you can serve up something amazing? A batch of these Horseradish Deviled Eggs With Bacon is sure to be a hit at your holiday table.
Horseradish and Hatfield Bacon add so much flair to these eggs, you may never go back to the basic recipe. So, if you are looking for holiday side that will add big flavor to your menu, you gotta try this recipe!
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 3 slices Hatfield Bacon, cooked crisp and finely chopped
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
- Mash egg yolks in small bowl. Stir in the Mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, ground mustard, salt, pepper, dill and chopped bacon.
