While our celebrations may look a little different this year, we can still celebrate the season with those closest to us.

I wait all year to bring out my decorations and make my favorite holiday recipes. The day after Thanksgiving, I had my house in full holiday mode! Nothing is going to stop me from enjoying the magic of the season. I know that my family would be incredibly disappointed if I skipped our holiday traditions. So, I plan to do as much as possible to ensure this year is special.

While the decorations and food mean a lot, being with the ones I love is really what means the most to me. By choosing simple recipes, I give my family the taste they love without spending a ton of time in the kitchen. And, less time in the kitchen means more time with my guys. That’s why I go with options like the 7UP® Holiday Sherbet Punch. Instead of trying to make a bunch of individual drinks, I can make a big batch of that tasty punch and have enough to serve everyone at once.

It’s quick, easy and boy oh boy, the taste is AMAZING.

The most wonderful time of the year shouldn’t require you to make the most difficult of recipes. You only need a few ingredients to make a festive punch that everyone will love.

Notes
Best served in a stemless glass

Now, the recipe as written serves a lot of folks. But, you can easily halve the recipe for your family. Honestly, even when I make the recipe for a big group, I usually cut it in half and then just make more when I need it. The punch is ready in just minutes so it’s super easy to throw together.

A couple of other tips that might help when you make the recipe…let the ice cream soften before mixing in. A soft ice cream will more easily combine with the 7UP® when it’s time to mix it up. And, for a more evenly distributed raspberry flavor and rich, red color, stir the sherbet into the punch instead of floating it in scoops. I love the festive color so I mix it every time!

You can find everything you need at Publix. Pick up some ice cream and sherbet and make sure you have plenty of 7UP® on hand and you can serve this up when you want something simple, yet elegant!

  1. That seems like a small amount of ice cream for 4 liters of liquid.
