I like how these energy bars are another option for a healthy, wholesome snack on the go! I can just throw one in my bag for a convenient snack in between meetings and not have to worry about ingesting artificial ingredients. Also, with 7 grams of protein, BeBold will keep you feeling full for longer than other bars with more carbs and less protein.
