If you are looking for a tasty recipe to add to your holiday spread or just to add some wow to a regular weeknight meal, try this Maple Sweet Potato Mash recipe. I am testing it out this week as a new addition for my Thanksgiving feast. The recipe just sounds so good. I’ll probably have to double or triple the recipe for my big meal. BUT…I have to test before it goes on my menu. I’ll give you guys an update and let you know what my guys think.
