Smithfield Pork Sausage 24 oz, $4.49
- 8 oz cooked pasta - I like Ditalini for this recipe
- 8 oz Smithfield Diced Ham
- 4 oz cheese, diced
- 1 cup kale, torn into small pieces
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- Combine the pasta, ham, cheese, kale and tomatoes in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing, mayo, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and mix to combine.
- Serve at room temp or chilled.
