There is no doubt that I am a true chocoholic. Chocolate is on my top 5 foods list so any time I can find a way to add a little chocolate to my day, I make it happen.

I decided to make the dessert for a little get together with some of our football buddies. I was expecting a nice sized group…so I made both the White Chocolate AND the Chocolate Truffle Cookie Balls at the same time.

When I opened the box, everything was nicely labeled making it very simple to see what I needed to do. I just mixed cream cheese with the crumbs and formed little balls. After a few minutes in the fridge, I dipped each ball into the melted chocolate and then added the decoration.

Because it was a football party, I decided to get a little creative and instead of using the gold sprinkles that came with the chocolate truffle kit, I used some of the extra white chocolate to turn my cookie balls into little footballs.

Once the chocolate hardened, I just stuck them on skewers and put them in a jar with a little green grass and they were the perfect centerpiece to my party spread!

They were easy to make and were a huge hit at my get together. There wasn’t one single cookie ball left by the end of the night!
