Shredded skinless chicken breast with buffalo sauce over rice with roasted broccoli! So easy and delicious!
We love serving chili over rice. It really adds a great flavor and texture with cheese and sour cream.

My all time favorite is scrambled eggs and rice cooked together. My Mom used to make it for me when I was a kid, I loved it then and I love it now!

My husband is Filipino. We use rice at every single meal. My favorite is in Mexican recipes though.
I add rice to my chicken pot pie.
When making thai or indian dishes, I make rice with coconut milk instead of water and it is delicious!
Rice _ Tomato + Oil, Salt, Pepper … Cook as usual and mix together.

We love making our favorite “SPENCE” chicken fried rice! It;s so easy to whip up(especially on those days of karate and school). We just use rice, Perduce chicken already cooked chicken, Bird’s Eye frozen Asian melody veggies, Allspice, soy sauce and scrambled eggs in the rice. It’s so simple, but full of flavor!
I make brown rice with steamed vegetables and turn the leftovers into fried rice.

I love to use rice for stir-frys. It’s a great way to get my family to eat veggies and everything goes with rice!

I use a packaged rice product with seasoning, like rice-a-roni. Then add 1 cup of regular rice and the appropriate amount of water for the total amount of rice. When prepared as directed on the package, the end product is a mildly flavored side dish and more servings.

I love to make homemade jambalaya.
I love white rice and black bean, yum!
I love to make rice pudding….nice and warm from the oven,on these chilly days!
I use rice quite a bit, you can mix it with almost anything . Getting stir fried veggies to mix with rice, peppers an onion on rice, chunk pineapple on rice, mushrooms, scallions ,bean sprouts on rice. You can put like I said almost anything with rice. You can use all spices on rice all though my favorite is Teriyaki an also Wasabi sauce, both give the rice a different flavor, one mild that other with a little kick both make it good .Of course the best is plain rice with butter.
I like to do rice with tomato gravy as a side dish.

My favorite is using it in stuffed peppers or cabbage rolls
My daughter does not like to eat zucchini, I grate some zucchini and carrots, and cook those with some chopped onions, gently fried in butter. I add cooked rice to the mixture, stir and let it warm through. I serve that with fish, chicken or what ever protein we are having for dinner and she doesn’t even notice the zucchini. She just loves the rice.
Beans and rice (separately) as part of dinner, then diri au lait for breakfast the next morning.
Oh my! There are so many favorites. Every morning I make my 2 fur babies scrambled eggs and rice. They love it. I have rice with sugar and butter sometimes for breakfast. So good! Rice with slow cooker pork chops, baked chicken and buttermilk gravy, fried rice , and jambalaya are some favorites, but there are many more!
My favorite way to use rice at my house is in rice pudding.
I use rice in stir fry all so like to make home made rice pudding. If I have left over rice eat like a cereal with some cinnamon and sugar and some milk.

I use a mix of rice and quinoa (for extra protein) when making broccoli/bok Choy/ cabbage stir fry with a soy/teriyaki sauce, but I make Spam fried rice, since my daughter is part Hawaiian, for meals every once and a while too.

I like to spice and dress up my rice. One of my favorite sides is Curry Rice with Raisins and Almonds. Other festive dishes that I make during the holidays are Rice with Sherry and Mushrooms and Rice with Apricots and Cashews,
My favorite way to use rice is in a soup I make with crawfish and curry.
My husband likes to add rice to beef stew. I like it by itself or added to soup.
Our family favorite is stuffed peppers with rice. When peppers are in season we eat lots of stuffed peppers.
We use rice when we make red beans and rice and we make rice and beef tips with gravy. We use it as a side dish a lot of times. Its a staple in our home.

We eat rice several times each week, also. Our favorite is plain sticky rice with soy sauce. Second favorite, which we have at least twice per month is porcupine meatballs in brown gravy…yum! Now I am craving home made fried rice!

It’s hard to pick my favorite way to use rice. It would have to be a toss up between fried rice and chicken and rice casserole.
Spanish rice!!
My kids all love plain rice as a side, and Spanish rice.
My favorite rice dish is Spanish rice. I start out with a base of sofrito. Consists of onions, garlic, bell peppers and chopped cilantro herb. I sauté this with oregano, salt and pepper. I add water, tomato sauce and heat until it boils. I add the rice and continue boiling until water is almost all absorbed. I then cover pot and heat on low until rice is done.
I serve this rice along with a salad and any choice of meat. It is delectable!
A mushroom-brown rice dish in the rice steamer is our favorite.

My favorite rice dish is a Spanish Rice bowl. I make homemade spanish rice and then put diced cheddar cheese, diced peppers, shredded lettuce, diced chicken, and sour cream on top. It’s delicious.

I love making my Mexican One Pot Wonder Dish! It has Florida Rice, pinto beans, Turkey Kielbasa sausage, tomatoes, corn, onions, peppers, spices, It all cooks up together in a pressure cooker and it’s served with some shredded cheese and sour cream!

One of our favorites is having rice as the base for ground pork stir fry with veggies and sauce. The rice soaks up the sauce and the meal is delicious.

My husband found out that he was diabetic about a year ago. At that time we completely changd the way we eat. We use whole grain brown rice now instead of white. Through a change in diet, he no longer has to take a pill to control his sugar. Yay!! I love to make Pineapple Fried Rice. DRY LIMA BEANS AND RICE
I always put a tablespoon of dry chicken stock in my rice for a little color and flavor.
I like cooking rice as a side for ahi tuna or baked salmon! Yum!
I make it as a side dish, with a little salt, fresh ground pepper, sliced scallions (2) ( green and white) chopped garlic ( 2 cloves) fresh squeezed lime juice ( 1 small lime) Bring it all to a boil and add rice, cook as per directions. I remove from burner and let it sit for about 5 minutes covered before serving, then my Husband will splash a little Soy Sauce on it also before eating. Delicious!
My Florida “Dirty Rice” is made with Florida Rice and Florida Everglades Seasoning, ground beef, garlic cloves, onions, all in one pot! You can also add a can of drained beans too! Black eyed peas taste the best, but have used Black beans before and is just as good!

Our favorite way to eat rice is by making my Momma’s famous Broccoli Rice N Cheese Casserole. It’s a holiday staple in our house!

We love, love, love Vegetable Fried Rice. I start cooking and adding and end up with a mountain of it for everyone to enjoy!
I love adding bell peppers of any color and onions, minced garlic to rice with a few scrambled eggs and cheese. I have even used the rice mixture in an omelette! Yummers!
We love long grain rice with Veggie stir fry.
Black eye peas, and rice, onions on top with cornbread yummy-great dish to use Florida’s rice.

When we have rice as a side at dinner I always make extra because my family likes to have rice, cinnamon, sugar and milk for dessert or breakfast the next morning.
I add rice to a package of Bird’ s Eye protein blends and have a great lunch to hear up at school.
I use rice in soups and casseroles. I also use it as a side dish. And, my 98 year old mother still makes a delicious rice pudding.

I use rice to stretch meals or leftovers, – add some left over meat, a few veggies to some rice and have lunch for a couple days. Extra people show up at the last minute and you have to invite for dinner, make rice and serve your meal over it. Make soups and add rice, make stir fry over rice, or take all the leftovers and make into fired rice.

Our family loves some homemade fried rice. Sauté some diced onions, shredded carrots, and minced garlic in a little olive oil. Add the cooked brown rice and some soy sauce with seasonings. Top with some shrimp and green onions. Yum. It’s a quick and easy family favorite.
I love some seafood gumbo served over a scoop of brown rice. Getting hungry just thinking about it. I think I’ll go make some now. Lol
Chicken and rice casserole is my family’s favorite rice dish. Mix together some cooked diced chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, broccoli florets, and shredded cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
I’m looking forward to trying the Citrus Berry Rice Salad, but for now I use it with soups and as a side dish with rice and beans or fried rice.
