Now I know you all like a big cup of coffee but don’t forget that coffee is great in ton of tasty recipes. Why not whip up a big batch of Smoky Maple-Glazed Nut Mix. I bet you’ll have a hard time putting them down!

Smoky Maple-Glazed Nut Mix

Serves: 10 – 12
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup plain walnut halves
  • 1 cup plain almonds
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. ground Community® French Roast coffee
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place peanuts, walnuts and almonds on prepared pan. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Spread nuts in a single layer.
  3. Bake until lightly golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together ground coffee, paprika, salt and pepper. Transfer nuts to a large bowl. Sprinkle with coffee mixture and toss to coat. Drizzle with maple syrup and toss to coat. Return nuts to baking sheet and spread in a single layer.
  5. Bake until browned, about 8 minutes more (watch closely to prevent burning). Stir in rosemary. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
