Roasted Corn Parmesan & Black Pepper Ravioli

Ingredients
  • 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Parmesan & Black Pepper Ravioli (9 oz.)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup red grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 3/4 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce (10 oz.)
Instructions
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, reserving ½ cup cooking water.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn; cook, stirring frequently, until golden. Add arugula and tomatoes. Stir in Alfredo sauce and reserved cooking water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Add cooked pasta to skillet and stir gently to coat.
