Contemporary Chopped Chicken Salad Recipe
  • 12 oz. Tyson® Fully Cooked Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, prepared according to package directions and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pit removed and diced
  • 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 bag (6 oz.) mixed salad greens (kale, spinach, arugula and/or Power greens)
  • 4 cups chopped romaine leaves
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
  1. Combine all ingredients except Italian dressing in large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
