GlutenFr-frontI checked in with you guys about two months ago about the changes in my diet. I am happy to report that I feel great and I have lost a little more weight. I have lost another inch and am down a size. I don’t usually get excited about having to buy clothes – but this time, I am super excited!  In addition to eating lean protein, lots of good veggies and trying to limit carbs I have also been trying to add more gluten-free options into my diet.

This is a new experience for me so I have been experimenting to find things that I can work into my day. I am also trying to sneak gluten-free options into my recipes and snacks for the boys too.

I have shared my love of wraps before with you and I am very happy to report that Flatout now carries Gluten Free Flatout Wraps. These wraps taste so similar to their regular varieties that the boys did not even notice the difference.

I love using wraps because they make meal prep so easy. I can have a pizza or wrap done in a flash. Plus wraps are so versatile I can use them for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even dessert. Let’s be honest wraps are just a bit more fun than bread… for both me, and the boys.

Gluten Free Flatout is made with oats, not wheat. I also like to have them on hand just in case a guest comes over that has different dietary needs. Just keep them in the freezer and microwave for 25 seconds before rolling. You can just grab them as you need them.

Be sure to grab your printable coupon and try the new Gluten Free Flatout. I think you’ll like them as much as we do.

With Flatout you can whip up a delicious meal and you don’t really even need a recipe. You can get inspired by what you have in your fridge or see in the deli and have something new every day! If you want some ideas you can check out these recipes:

Look for the wraps in the deli at Publix. To find out more, visit Flatout.com.
