Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher sent over her recipes for the week. I am loving the idea of slow cooked mashed potatoes. I have never thought about popping them in a slow cooker to keep them warm! The potatoes are always a pain as they have to been done last minute…no one wants to eat cold mashed potatoes!
I think I am gong to need multiple crock-pots to use at holidays!

That turkey and noodles recipe looks amazing! Now I know what I am doing with my leftover Thanksgiving turkey! 😉 I wonder how this would work in my “crack pot”? lol I may have to give it a try! 😀
I am totally calling it that now too…just last night my husband was looking for something and I told him “it’s beside the crack pot”. Of course, I busted a gut and he just looked at me like I was crazy!
