1 package of Hebrew National Hot Dogs
1 1/2 C warm water
1 package of yeast
4 1/2 C all purpose flour
2T melted butter
10 C water
2/3 C baking soda
Pam cooking spray
Combine 1 1/2 water,sugar and salt, sprinkle yeast on top let set for 5 minutes.
add flour and melted butter to yeast mixture, mix for 4-5 minutes.
spray large bowl with pam cooking spray,place dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap,let rise for 1 hour.
pre heat oven to 450
spray baking sheet with pam cooking spray.
in a large pot boil 10C of water with 2/3 C baking soda.

take portions of the dough and roll them into logs and wrap them around the hotdogs,drop them into the boiling water and let them boil for about 30 seconds, remove from boiling water and place on baking sheet,bake in the oven until golden brown.(if you would like salt on the pretzel dogs sprinkle with salt after removing from boiling water and placing in the oven)
