Easiest Brunswick Stew-From Cathy
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 small cans BBQ pork (Vietti is one brand but there are others) or you can use a cup or so of leftover pulled BBQ pork
2 large cans chicken breast, drained and finger shredded
2 cans creamed corn (with juices)
1 large can petite diced tomatoes
½ BBQ sauce of your choice.
Brown the beef and drain, add all remaining items, simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread as a hearty “soup” meal or as a side to BBQ.
