Today is Halloween and the kids will be itching to get out and start trick-or-treating. That means dinner will need to be quick and easy. We do fun, holiday themed meals all week. These fun Halloween Bagel Pizzas are one of my boys’ favorites.
With the BOGO sale on Thomas’ Bagels this is an easy and very economical meal that will have your little monsters out ringing doorbells in no time flat.
I am not sure I’d really call these a recipe as much as creative preparation. To make the mummies, add pizza sauce and topping to your bagel. Then all you have to do is tear some mozzarella cheese sticks and arrange them to look like strips of cloth. A couple of olive slices for the eyes and then about 10 minutes in a 375 oven and you have a delicious dinner.
The pumpkin pizza is just as simple, it’s just a creatively “carved” slice of cheese. Bake it up and there’s another festive option to make meal time a little more fun!
