Method
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the ham cubes and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating them.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill for 8 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with the teriyaki glaze during the last 2 minutes. Cook until the ham is heated through and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
- Serve hot with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
