Teriyaki Ham Skewers with Pineapple

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages Hatfield Ham Steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 whole pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp reserved pineapple juice
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Method
 

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Thread the ham cubes and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating them.
  3. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill for 8 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with the teriyaki glaze during the last 2 minutes. Cook until the ham is heated through and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
  5. Serve hot with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
