Swiss Pork

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Hatfield Savory Brown Sugar Marinated Pork Loin Filet, cut into 6 large slices
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 5 oz bag seasoned croutons, crushed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยบ F.
  2. Whisk together the milk and cream of mushroom soup until combined. Set aside.
  3. Place the sliced pork into a 10" skillet or casserole dish.
  4. Top each piece of pork with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the pork.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped croutons over top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
