8ozGalbaniĀ® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese- at room temperature
8 ozunsalted butter- softened
4 - 5cupspowdered sugar
1tbsporange zest
1tspvanilla extract
pinchsalt
Instructions
Add the butter and ricotta to the bowl of your stand mixer. Beat on high until light and fluffy.
Mix in salt and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the powered sugar a cup at a time until completely combined and the frosting is your preferred consistency. You may or may not need all 5 cups of sugar. If the frosting becomes too thick, add a little cream as needed.
