Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium low heat.
Place one slice of Sara Lee® Artesano® Brioche Bread in the skillet and spread the dijon mustard on the bread.
Top with a slice of Tillamook Farmstyle Swiss Cheese, followed by 2 slices of prosciutto.
Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle the thyme on top.
Add another slice of Tillamook Farmstyle Swiss Cheese and the final slice of bread.
Cook until the bread is golden brown, approximately 3 - 4 minutes,. Gently flip the sandwich and place the lid on the pan. Cook for an additional 3 - 4 minutes until golden and the cheese has melted.
Slice and serve!
