Pizza Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 8 oz. pasta - I like fusilli
  • 24 oz. jar RAGÚ® sauce
  • 12 oz. water
  • 3 oz. pepperoni
  • thinly sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef with the onion in a skillet over medium high heat, breaking the meat as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta, RAGÚ® sauce and water and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until pasta is cooked and most of the water is absorbed.
  4. Top with the cheese, pepperoni and bell pepper.
  5. Broil for 1 - 2 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
