Mango Salsa
- Combine mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice and Weber N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning in a medium bowl; set aside.
Shrimp
- Place the shrimp in a large bowl and add the olive oil and Weber® N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Thread the shrimp on the skewers and grill 2 to 3 minutes each side.
- Remove the shrimp from the skewers, assemble the tacos with the grilled shrimp and mango salsa. Serve with lime wedges.
