Lemon Pepper Salmon Bites

Ingredients
  

SALMON

  • 1 lb salmon - cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

LEMON PEPPER VINAIGRETTE

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

Instructions
 

  • Place the cubed salmon in a bowl. Add the oil and Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend and toss to coat.
  • Place on a sheet pan and broil for 6 - 9 minutes, until cooked to your preferred temperature.

LEMON PEPPER VINAIGRETTE

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until the dressing is emulsified. You can also place in a jar, add the lid and shake until emulsified.
  • Serve the cooked salmon over rice, pasta or salad greens. Serve with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado and drizzle with the prepared dressing.
