Method
- Place the cubed salmon in a bowl. Add the oil and Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend and toss to coat.
- Place on a sheet pan and broil for 6 - 9 minutes, until cooked to your preferred temperature.
LEMON PEPPER VINAIGRETTE
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until the dressing is emulsified. You can also place in a jar, add the lid and shake until emulsified.
- Serve the cooked salmon over rice, pasta or salad greens. Serve with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado and drizzle with the prepared dressing.
