WINGS
- Preheat oven to 425ยบ F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack inside the pan. Spray the rack with cooking spray.
- Use paper towels to pat the wings dry, removing as much moisture as possible.
- Place the wings in a large bowl and add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder and baking powder and toss to completely coat the wings.
- Place the wings on the wire rack, skin side up, in a single layer.
- Bake the wings in the oven for 30 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 20 - 30 minutes, until wings are cooked through and crispy.
GARLIC GINGER SAUCE
- While the wings bake, place the sauce ingredients in a medium sauce pan and stir to combine. Cook over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Pour the cooled sauce over the cooked wings and toss to coat.
- Place the coated wings back on the wire rack and bake for another 3 - 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
