Frozen Fudgsicle Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Sugar-Free Hot Chocolate Packet
  • 1 No Sugar Added Original Fudgsicle Dairy Dessert Pop
  • Unsweetened Whipped Cream, optional

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add 1 cup almond milk and bring to a light boil. Add hot chocolate packet and stir until smooth.
  2. Bring heat to medium-low and add 1 dairy dessert pop to the saucepan.
  3. When dairy dessert pop melts, remove wooden stick (about 3 minutes). Set mixture aside to cool.
  4. In a blender, add hot chocolate mixture and about 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour frozen hot chocolate into glass. If desired, top with whipped cream.
