Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir to combine. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the mixture and toss with 8 oz of the chocolate chips.
In a large bowl add the eggs and sugar and whisk to combine.
Add the melted butter, siggi's® Vanilla Skyr, vanilla extract and mashed bananas and stir until combined.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, just until combined.
Add the flour coated chocolate chips to the mixture and gently fold to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and top with the remaining 2 oz of chocolate chips.
Bake for about 1 hour or until golden and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool int he pan for about 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a rack to let cool until ready to slice and serve.
