Chili Cheese Dog Stuffed Bread Bowls

Servings: 12

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chili
  • 8 oz beef hot dogs - sliced
  • 4 oz Tillamook Cheddar or Triple Cheddar Cheese + additional for topping
  • red onions
  • sour cream
  • 12 round bakery rolls

Method
 

  1. Carefully cut a circle out of the top of each roll. Gently tear away the bread inside the roll to create a vessel to hold the filling. Set aside. 
  2. Heat the chili and sliced hot dogs until warmed.
  3. Add the Tillamook Cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Spoon the chili into the prepared bread bowls.
  5. Sprinkle with red onion and additional Tillamook Cheese.
  6. Spoon the sour cream into a small zip top bag then snip a corner. Carefully pipe lines of sour cream to resemble football laces.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
