Air Fryer Brown Sugar Pork Loin Filet

  • 1 pkg Hatfield Savory Brown Sugar Pork Loin Filet

Method
 

  1. Turn on the air fryer and preheat to 375º F.
  2. Place the marinated loin filet in the air fryer and cook for 18 minutes at 375º, flipping the pork half way through the cooking time.
  3. Use a digital meat thermometer to check for a temperature of at least 140° F before removing from the fryer. Let the pork rest for 8 - 10 minutes. The internal temperature should rise to 145°F after resting.
  4. Slice, serve and enjoy!
