Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breast

Greek yogurt

Hellmann's Mayonnaise

cloves
garlic

anchovy paste

tbsp
chives
- roughly chopped

fresh parsley
1/2
cup
fresh basil
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except chicken) to to the bowl of a blender or food processor and blend or pulse until smooth (approximately 30 - 45 seconds)
Reserve half of the dressing to serve with the chicken and refrigerate until ready to use.
Place the other half in a resealable bag with the chicken. Refrigerate and allow to marinade for at least 1 hour.
Grill the chicken over medium for approximately 6 - 7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
Serve with the reserved dressing.
