Bacon Jalapeño Popper Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatbread
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Colby Jack or Monterrey Jack Cheese - shredded
  • 2 slices Hatfield Bacon - cook crisp and crumbled
  • jalapeño pepper - sliced thin (seeds removed if you want to decrease the heat)
  • small bell pepper - sliced thin
  • red onion - sliced thin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425º F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Spread the cream cheese over the flatbread. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and then top with the crumbled bacon, sliced jalapeño, sliced bell pepper and sliced onion.
  • Place the pizza on the prepared pan and bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice, serve and enjoy!
