Chili Cheese Dog Stuffed Bread Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chili
  • 8 oz beef hot dogs - sliced
  • 4 oz Tillamook Cheddar or Triple Cheddar Cheese + additional for topping
  • red onions
  • sour cream
  • 12 round bakery rolls

Instructions
 

  • Carefully cut a circle out of the top of each roll. Gently tear away the bread inside the roll to create a vessel to hold the filling. Set aside. 
  • Heat the chili and sliced hot dogs until warmed.
  • Add the Tillamook Cheese and stir until melted.
  • Spoon the chili into the prepared bread bowls.
  • Sprinkle with red onion and additional Tillamook Cheese.
  • Spoon the sour cream into a small zip top bag then snip a corner. Carefully pipe lines of sour cream to resemble football laces.
  • Serve and enjoy!
