  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz Polaner All Fruit Spreadable Fruit, cherry, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, your favorite flavor
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp whole milk or half and half

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Polaner All Fruit spread and cornstarch until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly onto the center of 4 puff pastry pieces, spreading it gently while leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
  4. In another small bowl whisk together the egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Lightly brush edges with the egg mixture.
  5. Place the remaining puff pastry pieces over top and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Brush the tops lightly with the egg wash then bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack.
  8. While they cool, make the icing by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well blended.
  9. Once the pastries are cool, drizzle the prepared icing over top. Serve and enjoy!
