Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 400º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the 2 sheets of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into 4 equal pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Polaner All Fruit spread and cornstarch until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly onto the center of 4 puff pastry pieces, spreading it gently while leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
- In another small bowl whisk together the egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Lightly brush edges with the egg mixture.
- Place the remaining puff pastry pieces over top and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush the tops lightly with the egg wash then bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
- While they cool, make the icing by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well blended.
- Once the pastries are cool, drizzle the prepared icing over top. Serve and enjoy!
