School bells will be ringing soon.  This is the time when we trade the relaxed, unscheduled days of summer for the structured rhythm of alarms, packed lunches, and strict departure times. When the morning rush hits, the goal isn’t to create an elaborate meal… it’s usually about serving up something quick, flavorful, and satisfying enough to keep everyone focused until the lunch bell rings.

The secret to pulling that off without losing your sanity? Keeping high-quality, versatile ingredients on hand.

That is where Spring Tree™ 100% Pure Maple Syrup comes in. It offers a rich, smooth, authentic sweetness with absolutely no artificial additives. It’s a pure, simple ingredient that instantly upgrades the most basic meals.

And right now, Publix has the 12.5 oz bottles on sale for just $6.79 as part of the Extra Savings Flyer valid 8/8 – 8/21.

Spring Tree™ 100% Pure Maple Syrup 12.5 oz, $6.79

While pure maple syrup is a classic match for standard breakfast favorites, it can do so much more to simplify your school-week meal prep. Here are a few fresh ideas to try out:

  • No-Bake Lunchbox Energy Bites: Skip the processed snack bars. Mix rolled oats, a scoop of seed or nut butter, a handful of mini chocolate chips, and a generous bind of Spring Tree™ Maple Syrup. Roll them into bite-sized balls for a quick afternoon pick-me-up or an easy lunchbox addition.
  • Sweet-and-Salty Bacon Twist: Before baking a batch of breakfast bacon on Sunday morning, brush the slices with a light layer of maple syrup and a crack of black pepper. Use it throughout the week to build elevated, grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches.
  • Kid-Approved Roasted Veggies: If getting your family to eat veggies is a struggle, try tossing sliced carrots or sweet potato cubes with a drizzle of maple syrup and a touch of olive oil before roasting. The syrup caramelizes beautifully, making weeknight veggies become a family fave.
  • The Ultimate Yogurt Dip: Stir a tablespoon of syrup into plain Greek yogurt with a dash of cinnamon. Serve it as a fun, protein-packed dipping sauce alongside fresh apple slices or berries for a quick after-school snack.

Of course you can’t skip out on a breakfast essential. No one can pass up the classic appeal of golden, fluffy French Toast Sticks. They are the ultimate finger food for busy mornings, and they freeze beautifully for a quick reheat when you’re short on time.

Just slice thick bread into strips, dip them in a quick egg and cinnamon mixture, and griddle until golden brown. Paired with a warm bowl of Spring Tree™ 100% Pure Maple Syrup for dipping, you’ve got a comforting, delicious breakfast that guarantees clean plates and happy faces before the school bus even arrives.
