Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Chopped green onions or fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Braunschweiger, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
  2. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth and airy.
  3. Stir in the onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Garnish with cracked black pepper or fresh herbs and serve with crackers, toasted baguette rounds, or crisp veggies.
