If buy 1 at $5.99 – $2/1 Publix Digital Coupon that would be $3.99
If true BOGO at $5.99 – $2/1 Publix Digital Coupon that would be two for $2 each.
If you buy one in half price BOGO… the price is $3 (half price)
$3 minus $2 = $1
Thus “as low as $1” –for those of us in half price BOGO.

In some states you are allowed to buy just 1 product for half price. In other states, you must buy both products:
Florida for example (you must take 2) Bogo 2 products for $6.
Tennessee (I believe) you can buy just one (for half price) 1 product for $3.

Sorry not sure what State are you in but in Florida Half BOGO doesn’t work. I just got back from Publix. Only True BOGO works. You must have to pay full BOGO price whether you take home 1 or 2 in BOGO. Also, often time I noticed after you posted some of Publix Digital Coupon is not available to clip anymore including this one today.
